Manage contracts process administration and will ensure that contracts and proposals
are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.

the legalese to ensure that client&end-objective is met.
Review claim agreements and claim settlements that petitioner obtains from the
opposing party&insurance carrier.
Analyze the claimant&position under the current regulations and access what the other
party is willing to offer in terms of settlement.
Explain to petitioner&client what the settlement agreement consists of and how it
Assist petitioner to comply with the terms of summons, discovery requests, disclosure
requirements, letters and questionnaires received from the insurance attorneys of the
Review the claims received and access the issues that could arise in potential civil
litigation suits. Determine where its practicable to make settlements, and where its
advantageous to proceed through civil litigation. Coordinate with external litigation
attorneys to file the lawsuits and act as the representative of petitioner.
Compliance and audit of files to ensure petitioner is in compliance with pertinent
regulations and laws and operates its business within acceptable guidelines and
practices as set forth by the New York state department of financial services.
Job entails working with and requires Bachelor’s in Law or equivalent degree with 2 years of
experience including: Legal Writing, Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Contract Review, Legal
